實時控制空調與排風，智能優化能源效率
工廠產線運行時會產生大量的熱量，通過智能化控制空調及送排風可達到實時控制車間環境的目的。臺達LOYTEC樓宇控制系統一方面能通過智能化的程序控制設備運行從而滿足生產要求，另一方面通過實時的調節，使設備發揮的效用，節約能源。
平臺化管理 提升工作效率
大型工廠的廠區面積大，樓層高，傳統的運維方式讓廠務管理人員一直處于忙碌狀態，并無法提供工作效率。引進樓宇控制系統，可一目了然設備運行狀態，提前預測設備故障，大大輕廠務人員在設備管理方面的工作壓力，提率，也確保了系統的不間斷運行。
